Holiday or vacation villas, holiday houses, holiday homes, holiday apartments, holiday flats, holiday accommodation or vacation condos. All these terms are used by people in different countries to describe a self-catering property which can be rented on a short-term basis for a holiday, vacation or a corporate business trip.

The only difference is in the size and luxuriousness of a Camps Bay villa compared to an apartment or flat in Green Point or Cape Town CBD.
