Sail Away is a unique apartment in the world famous V&A Waterfront, Cape Town ’s shopping and entertainment hub, yet this luxurious apartment is quiet and tranquil and feels a million miles from all the frenzy.

Sail Away is a very spacious apartment on the fourth of five floors - 228sqm and has a really high spec finish.

The apartment can actually be used as a three bedroom apartment as the TV room has 2 couches which were specially designed so that they can be made up as 2 three-quarter beds for which custom bedlinen is provided. There is also a seperate shower room which would service the additional bedroom if it was used in this way.

**Please note that there is a surcharge of R500 / day if the TV room is to be used as a third bedroom

The beds and bedrooms are luxurious with bed linen of the highest quality and there are oodles of pillows, towels etc. Each balcony has a six seater table and chairs with loungers on the Waterfront Marina side.

The apartment has an integrated latest spec Bang & Olufsen sound and TV system in all rooms. The lighting, designed by John Cullen Lighting, London is extremely sophisticated and provides a variety of moods.

The lounge and dining area open onto a large balcony facing onto the Waterfront Marina. The TV Lounge has a balcony facing Table Mountain.

The high standard Poggenpohl Kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances and has a separate Utility Room.

The Master Bedroom has a large bathroom with wetroom and balcony onto the Waterfront Marina. The Mountain bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and also opens on to the Table Mountain balcony.

As mentioned above, the TV lounge can also be used as a twin bedroom with separate shower room.

There is a fully equipped gym and a swimming pool on site.
