The property is one of 4 Penthouses located on the top floor of the Eclipse building with a prime position a mere 2 minutes drive from the CBD of Cape Town and 10 to 15 minutes drive to the sandy beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. It is also perfectly positioned for the 2010 World Cup.
