The living area has air conditioning for summer, a wide plasma screen, an i-pod dock and a gas fireplace for cosy evenings together. The interior was furnished and accessorised by an interior design company and attention to detail is impeccable.

The wooden staircase leading off the kitchen takes you upstairs to a study with wireless internet on the landing at the top of the stairs. Three en-suite bedrooms are on this floor and the air-conditioned main suite deserves special mention: not only is the enormous bathroom luxuriously fitted, but the suite is so spacious that it has its own living area with two comfy chairs and a plasma screen. It occupies the full width of the upper floor and sliding glass doors open onto a private, covered balcony with inviting sofas positioned perfectly for the view of the ocean and the pool below. One other bedroom is air conditioned and all of them have quality bathrooms. A sofa bed provides extra accommodation in the study, if required.
