A modern Atlantic facing villa set between the sea and the mountain in Bantry Bay overlooks Lions Head, Sea Point, Bantry Bay, Robben Island sticking out above the sea and the Table Bay harbour. This beautiful setting captures Cape Town as it is as you look out over the ocean, boats bobbing about with glass as the only buffer between you and the sea. Bantry Bay has Clifton, Camps Bay and Glen Beach as its neighbours, all of which are prized for their privacy, shelter and safe waters where you can slip off the rocks into the sea or pack a picnic and watch the sun go down. Glass sliding doors to the left of the dining room open up on to a vast tiled terrace only a few metres from the waves with modern chrome stilts supporting a roof that covers half of the terrace, a wooden table and eight matching chairs and fitted spotlights overhead for sitting around at night. The sliding doors at the back lead on to a wooden balcony with spectacular views right across the ocean.
