Each apartment features: ocean views, a private balcony with table and chairs, a full en-suite bathroom, equipped kitchen and furnished open-plan living area, mini DVD system, select DSTV satellite channels including news and sports, air-conditioning, pool area with sun-loungers, barbeque facilities, secure garage parking with lift access to the apartment levels and domestic cleaning service provided at no additional charge.

While the apartment has one open-plan bedroom, it is possible to divide the sleeping space from the lounge area by means of sliding doors for privacy.

The beds are either twin beds or queen size. and the double sleeper couch can sleep 2 people comfortably. Tumble driers are listed as a facility in the kitchen, but these are located in the basement of the building. There is a wireless internet facility which is available on request.
