Walking through the front door of this apartment, the second bedroom which is a good size and a shower bathroom is on the left and right. The entrance hall with it quirky "50s" sideboard and "Paris-scene" lamp flows into the living and eating area with its wide angle ocean views.

On the way there, a special "cupboard" hides the washing machine and other unsightly but neccessary household equipment. The colours of this apartment complement the beautiful outlook - blues, greens and browns. The aqua coloured custom-built cupboards and splashbacks complement the charcoal floor covering and the various tones of brown in the living area.

The doors of the balcony which runs the full length of the apartment, open and fold right away, making the outside area and the amazing ocean views part of the main living area. The custom built high tech kitchen runs along the back wall with a parallel counter housing kitchen utensils and cooking facilities.

The large dining table with its retro chairs can be used as an inside / outside seating arrangement when the balcony doors are folded back, as you really feel you are actually sitting outside when this is done. The lounge is a mixture of European / African high quality furniture. Comfortable and stylish.
