Bantry Bay is one of the few wind-free areas in Cape Town which is legendary for the South-Easter known as the "Cape Doctor". The apartment has excellent ocean views from the private open balcony. Living area and layoutThe apartment is very spacious (110m2) and luxuriously furnished. The Italian designer kitchen is equipped with German appliances, Nespresso macchine, dishwasher, washer / drier. The lounge is equipped with a full HD flatscreeen TV, DVD system and satellite TV. There is also a small open balcony which looks over Saunders Rocks beach and the ocean - this is equipped with outdoor furniture. Guests can park in a single garage allocated to the apartment. BedroomsThe bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms, orthopedic superior mattresses & large cupboards. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom twin beds which can be converted into a king size bed if required. The second bedroom can be made up to appeal to child-asthetics if neccessary. Restaurants and SupermarketsBantry Bay Straight and On the Rocks is well located for the tourist or the corporate. You won't need a car to go to the beach, the Salt Restaurant, the Salt Deli, the doctor or the Bantry Bay pharmacy. Supermarkets such as Woolworths and Spar are within walking distance. The four beaches of Clifton are within a 10 minute walk as well as Camps Bay which is about a 20 minute walk aling the beachfront. Agent
