Villa Yucca, a luxury Cape Town villa is located at the foot of Geneva Drive, and in the Camps Bay village, with direct access (1 min walk) to the exclusive Camps Bay Beach, shops, restaurants and cocktail bars.

Villa Yucca is a secure and modern double storey townhouse luxury villa, with drive in access to double garage and 2 further off street parking bays.  However, you may not even use your car if you stay here as everything you need for a luxury holiday is on your doorstep.

LAYOUT:

There are 3 double en-suite bedrooms all situated on ground floor which is a great design for keeping bedrooms cool in the mid-summer heat.

The master suite has air conditioning and a jacuzzi bath, and leads onto to a private breakfast patio.

The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have sliding door access to an outside patio area, and the 2nd bedroom has DSTV.

Upstairs is an entertainment and relaxation haven.  It is an open-plan dining, living and entertaining area complete with a modern granite kitchen, 8 seater dining table, and 2 lounge areas.  This opens out onto an outside barbeque, entertainment & jacuzzi area with stunning mountain and sea views.  A great place to enjoy a jacuzzi, listening to music and take in the views of Lions Head, 12 Apostles and Camps Bay.
