Siuated on the first floor of The Rockwell, a new building comprising of a boutique hotel, luxury rental apartments, a decor store, delicatessen and a couple of unconventional restaurants.

Layout:

Corner unit with massive wrap-around balcony accessible from the bedroom and living area via oversized multi-panel sliding doors. Table Mountain- massive and nearby framed by the building's arches. Walk into the flat via a small hallway into the open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped: design dinner from scratch or heat up that handmade pasta dish from Andiamo up the road at the Cape Quarter. The bedroom is off this area with a full bathroom (shower over bath) en-suite. An extra queen sized bed folds out from the sofa in the lounge to sleep another adult or a couple of children in real comfort. 30 channel DSTV (digital satellite TV), 32" LCD TV, WIFI internet, washing machine and tumble drier, airconditioning and underfloor heating as well as weekly servicing are all here. A long, indoor swimming pool is accessible to all residents. Secure parking bay is in the basement, access to the building is by lift/elevator using coded electronic disc.

The Rockwell Citrus Sweets is situated in the De Waterkant, Green Point precinct of Cape Town. Walking distance to the CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) , the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town's city centre and the brand new Green Point Stadium and Sporting Precinct: venue for the 2010 Football World Cup games in Cape Town. A quick drive or taxi cab ride will get you to the sea, beaches and splendid villas of Camps Bay and Clifton. Motorway access to the Cape Town airport and Stellenbosch/Paarl Winelands beyond is 1km away.
