 Prestwich Triple "2" is a 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor of the mod-deco The Rockwell building, a hybrid hotel/residential/restaurant & retail development that could not be located in a righter part of Cape Town- a confluence of the City, De Waterkant, Green Point and the V&A Waterfront.
