This area is air-conditioned and is about 60m2 in size. There are no bathroom  facilities on this level.

The living area is on the second level. There is a full kitchen, dining room, entertainment areas, library area and Patio deck. This area is +/- 136m2 and  is air-conditioned. Facilities include ADSL & Wireless Internet Point and an optional Telephone Landline.

The third bedroom has 2 single beds which can be converted into a king size bed. It shares the second bedroom's en- suite bathroom & shower.

All the bedrooms lead onto the patio.

The total sleeping area is  +/- 97m2, jacuzzi in garden, total residence area +/- 293m2 , total patio, terrace & sundeck areas +/- 100m2.
