Cape Town Villas - how to go about renting oneSome travelers find the villa rental process confusing or scary. Here, we answer some of your most common questions and concerns about villa rentals , from how to find the perfect Cape Town villa to the amenities you can expect every villa to have.

- One of our villa rental specialists (either Rose or Greg) will get back to you within 12 hours and help you with your selection (much sooner if within SA daylight hours)
- Our Cape Town villas specialist will review availability, answer your questions and discuss the best options for your trip
- An invoice for the villa rental is issued and we will ask for a 50% deposit to secure your vacation dates, since Cape Town villas work on a first-come, first-served basis. We also send a Terms and Conditions document where cancellation policy and various legalities are discussed.
- Payment can be in the form of a credit card or a direct bank transfer into the bank account
- Once your Cape Town villa has been secured, our guest services will assist with any arrangements you need – from car rentals or airport transfers and provisioning to private chef services and tours.
- A final document is presented prior to arrival to confirm everything that has been arranged. Final payment of the balance of the rental for your Cape Town villa must be settled at this stage
- Holiday Rentals Cape Town will provide all the contact info, maps and directions you'll need once you arrive
- Once at your Cape Town villa, you're handed the keys, given a short tour and then left to enjoy your holiday in Cape Town.
