Rentals Cape Town

When planning a holiday in Cape Town over the school holidays such as December and Easter its important to plan well ahead and book early, otherwise if you leave it until July most houses and villas are already booked up for December Christmas and New Year period.

Over December there is mostly a 14 day minimum for apartments, houses and villas along the Atlantic Seaboard. Some properties will accept 10 days but this is not the norm.

Of course if you are flexible with your dates you might get lucky and fit in between 2 longer rentals, in which case the owner of managing agent will welcome your business with open arms.

If you're only planning to spend 7 days in Cape Town over December then it's best to go for an apartment at the V&A Waterfront Marina, the Cape Town city bowl, Green Point or De Waterkant.
